Obituary: Bay City Times, Mar. 26, 1954 MRS. HELEN PAPE DIES AT HOSPITAL Succumbs after Cerebral Hemorrhage Mrs. Helen M. Pape, 4654 Two Mile Road, died at 7:30 o'clock this morning at General Hospital of a cerebral hemorrahage after a short illness. The former Helen Lipinski, she was born May 6, 1902 at Manistee. The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred E. Brown, she married August Pape Sept. 2, 1936 in Angola, Indiana. She had resided in Bay City for the past 17 years. Surviving, besides her husband and parents, are a daughter, Mrs. Esther Groulx of Bay City, and two granddaughters, Marsha and Karen Groulx. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Vallender & Penzien Funeral home with the Rev. Gordon Wood officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery. |
