To get to Otter Falls is a nice easy 11 mile round trip with minimal elevation gain, about 650′ This is a lovely trek alongside the Taylor River, on the Lake Snoqualmie Lake Trail. The trail head is found just before the Taylor empties into the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie. You can park at the Middle Fork Campground with the correct pass.
